TxDOT Road Hands

| Texas Road Hands: Russell Laughlin, Susan Kennedy, Grady Smith and Sid Cauthorn. (William Burge not in attendence.) Texas Road Hands have improved transportation in their communities and across the state. They give time, energy and vision to the realization of a project or program that has enhanced transportation. Creator of the Road Hand Award, Luther DeBerry, was present at the Thursday luncheon. He created the Road Hand Award for citizens who are transportation crusaders in their respective communities. A total of 208 awards have been given since 1973. |
